• Developed Blumont’s subsystems to maintain information records and to minimize the time spent in producing reports of projects.
• Provide assistance on the coordination of data gathering and monitoring database systems ensuring high-quality standards before reporting.
• Prepare and cleaning data to produce organized and an accurate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Ensure data Integrity and availability by Implementing proper backup, restore, data validation, and security procedures with maintaining confidentiality of sources and other sensitive data.
• Providing ICT support for all operational systems and staff.
• Assisting the database and data management manager in establishing databases and implementing data quality control checks.
• Assisting in the establishment of project documents, filing system, storing archiving files (Soft & hard) and track them using a File Tracking System developed by me.
• Maintaining, upgrading, and troubleshooting IT systems at Blumont’s main office, community centers, psychosocial support center, and education center.
