Project Description :

The Wicklow Port Access & Town Relief Road Scheme will consist of the following:
• Two new sections of roadway which are the:
• Port access road -which is 1.8km in length and will run from the Rathnew Road to the Murrough via a bridge crossing of the Broadlough Estuary.
• Town Relief Road - which is approximately 2.8 km in length and will run approximately in a north-south direction from the Rathnew Road to the junction of Ashtown Lane/Marlton Road.
• Improvement to the existing Rathnew Road.
• A new 130m 3-span bridge crossing the Broadlough Estuary at the Murrough.
• Two new Railway bridges, one at the Murrough and the other located in Merrymeeting, Rathnew.
• A bridge crossing the Ashtown Stream
• Other major structure will include two number retaining walls, one on the Murrough and the
other on the Rathnew Road.
• The road to be constructed will be a 2 lane carriageway
• The Wicklow Port Access Road will cater for the vulnerable road user by providing high quality
footpaths, cycleway and controlled crossing point at the major junctions.

Project Description :
• 4 slip ramps connecting to the N11;2 roundabouts and connection to one existing roundabout;
• A bridge spanning over 4 traffic lanes, footpaths and two-way cycle track under the existing N11 dual carriageway;
• A 4 lane Greystones Link Road of approximately 0.4km length between the two roundabouts on either edge of the N11;
• A 2 lane Western Link Road approximately 0.3km long with footpath and two-way cycle track;
• Realignment of the N11 Southbound carriageway into the existing median over a length of 1.3km, with provision of a low working width safety barrier and a low retaining wall between the two carriageways;
• Slight narrowing of the N11 Northbound carriageway to provide 3.5m wide traffic lanes instead of the existing 3.75m wide lanes;
• Retaining walls approximately 250m long up to 7m high on either side of the Southbound diverge ramp;
• Retaining walls approximately 150m long up to 5m high on either side of the Northbound diverge ramp;
• Retaining wall approximately 150m long and up to 6m high between the eastern link road and the Southbound merge ramp;
• Pavement overlay and strengthening on the N11 dual carriageway over a length of 1.3km;
• Modifications to a number of at grade junctions on the N11 in the vicinity of the new interchange;
• Upgrade works to local roads and pedestrian facilities within the vicinity of the new interchange
• Re-alignment of a stream and the provision of culverts and drainage outfalls;
• Fencing, safety barrier systems and drainage Works
• Signing and lighting works;
• Landscape environmental and mitigation works
• Diversion of the large diameter Varity to Dublin watermain over a length of 50m approximately.
• Diversions and new facilities of Utility Services;
• Accommodation works including accesses to properties and lands, and provision of water supplies

Luginetsky Gas Compressor Station is located in a remote area, about500 km north of Tomsk city in Western Siberia. Ambient temperature variesfrom +36 C during summer to -55 C in wintertime. The station is planned toseparate, compress and dehydrate the associated gas from the Luginetsky oilfield.

Scope of Work :

• Supply & construction of civil works including:
3, 200 pile driving, 6, 584 m3 concrete works, 32, 000 m2 vertical planning works, 2, 100 m2 onsite &
offsite building works.
• Mechanical erection works totaling to 3, 300 tons that includes:
2 sets of compressors & gas generator units, 350 tons of package units, 370 tons of air coolers,

a) 30 villas, each of them having 940 m2 closed building area with 3 storeys. Each villa contains individual heating center, elevator, sauna, cold room, laundry, jakuzzi and shock pool, 2-car garage and greenhouse, and has 2, 200 m2 private garden landscaped with grasses, flowers, trees, bushes,
water irrigation system, etc.

c) Special decoration of 15, 000 m2 floor area for executive offices, meetingrooms, restaurants and exhibition halls.
d) Design, material supply and installation of the complete sanitary, plumbing, heating, ventilation and air-conditioning systems.
e) Design, material supply and installation of all high and low voltageelectrical systems, including 42 elevators.
f) Commissioning of all systems.
