Roles and Responsibilities
• Ensure prompt and regular submission of main contract Interim payment applications and negotiation with client / consultant to get timely certification
• Review sub contractor’s and supplier’s monthly payment applications, issues payment certificates and process,
• Advise and discuss with project director and project managers on cost implication of variations
• Prepare budget for change requests of all work modifications proposed by the client before submitting the contract notice, maintaining a variations log that tracks the current status of all variations, substantiation, negotiation and agreement of variations with the client/ consultant.
• Involve in the identification procurement of materials, especially which are long lead items
• Ensure that all project related commercial activities are carried out in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Analysis & settlement of sub-contractor accounts
• Preparation of financial reports and forecasts.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Review contractors’ monthly payment applications and issues payment certificates
• Prepare budget cost estimates of all work modifications proposed by the client before formal site Instructions are issued to contractors.
• Check and evaluates contractors’ variation cost applications including preparation of cost analysis to derive fair and reasonable rates for all new works items not in the original contract bill of quantities
• Advise the contract administrator on cost implication of variations
• Prepare and submits variation evaluation reports to the client
• Prepare final comparative bill of quantities with variations (additional/deleted scopes)
• Prepare and issues completion certificates of all handed-over works.
• Prepare reports for payments and variation orders in various on-going packages
Rehabilitation of the 78km road from Siyambalanduwa to Akkaraipattu
Mainly involved in the construction of DBST Road, Bridges, Culverts and Drainage- Sewage (Project Value is 4.2 Billion SLR)
Roles and Responsibilities
