-Perform logistics management operations that involve planning, coordinating, or evaluating the logistical actions required to support.
-Responsible for planning, managing and coordinating the total life cycle logistic projects s support, integrating separate functions of supply chain with projects delivery, procurement, and all quality assurance sections into logistics activities required to sustain logistics projects.
- Recognize potential logistics projects problem areas and recommend the appropriate remedies to senior management.
-Assist in the planning of the life-cycle support, development of training plans, development of technical manuals and other tasks related to logistics support
-Strategically manage 8 warehouses in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
-Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
-Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization. -Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures.
-Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements.
-Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.
-Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
-Liaise with clients, suppliers and transport companies. -Plan work routes, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
-Recruit, select, orient, coach and motivate employees. -Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status report, dead stock report etc).
-Receive feedback and monitor the quality of services provided.
-Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity.
-Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
-Checking orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
-Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.
-Ensuring full maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Performing a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
-Coordinating and maintaining fleets and equipment.
-Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
-Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes in order for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
-Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes, practises, work processes, cost effectiveness, and productivity enhancement
-Promote to other employees within the organisation the implementation and adherence to policies, procedures, processes, and instructions
-Follow daily operations relating to the job to ensure work continuity
-Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards
-Assisting with deliveries where required.
- Help support all daily management of the Last Mile department duties.
- Assign work to associates as required/ needed to support workflow and daily production KPIS/goals.
- Conduct standup briefs, deliver associate feedback, conduct floor audits and vehicle inspections.
- Support in training and up-skilling new associates.
- Support with tracking, trending and reporting of departmental metrics by associates.
- Support in analyzing and understanding the reasons behind success and failure in meeting departmental delivery and FC KPIS/goals.
- Tracking, reporting, maintenance of hours and schedules.
- Review and update Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documents as required. Improve flow of product through the station.
- Identify and address safety hazards within and participate in safety initiatives.
-Fully understand workflow, daily product ion goals, and number of Associates present each day
Preform the daily tasks for Newer Customer Quotations and Renewals.
- Provide the Customers Needs with such as Addition - Deletion- Edition to their Policies.
- Maintain to be on the highest level of Customer Service and Satisfaction.

- Improve the 3PL logistics sector for the daily deliveries B2C and B2B.
- Supervise ana analyst the logistics data and SCM as a whole chain structure.
- Maintain a high quality performance of the logistics party and make it more efficient to handle larger capacity continually.
- Provide new improvement processes for more controlled operations.
- Creating a new methods for a dispatching control room.
- Organize the movement orders of the products between the different customers and locations.
