Karachi Neighborhood Improvement Project comprising an underground Parking Structure in Downtown
Saddar with a capacity of Parking more than 1000 vehicles. This project also includes the urban landscape
development and re-construction of 3 existing roads. The project also aims at the upgradation of basic living standards
of the community by providing them an eco-friendly atmosphere in addition to the gardens, KIOSKS and Pizzas. It is
an initiative of Sindh Government and expected to be completed in 2018.
Responsibilities and various Roles during Project:
* Preparing Project Timeline and Cash flow forecasts using Primavera P6 and MS-Project.
* Billing and Contract Claims also including quantity surveying.
* Managing the Construction Works, Sub-Contractors & Construction Site
Engineers/Supervisors/Surveyors.
* Coordinating with consultants/Clients about design changes etc.
* Inspecting Shop Drawings to be used at site prior execution using AUTOCAD.
* Ensuring quality of Concrete, Asphalt and sampling of various construction materials.
* Management of Human, machinery & material resources.
* Making Progress Reports and Ensuring ESMP Compliances as per World Bank Policies.
2. Site Engineer in M/s. ILSA ENGINEERS
Responsibilities and various Roles during Project:
* Preparing Auto CAD drawings for projects proposals and construction drawings.
* Layout for construction sites using Auto level, Theodolite & Total Station.
* Arrangements, deployments and supervision of construction staff.
* Project planning and coordinating.
* Analysis and Design of buildings using ETABS & STAAD.
* Supervision of finishing works and maintenance works.
Description of projects:
* Construction of 10000 SFT G+3 Residential Barack.
* Construction of Over Head water Tanks.
* Construction of Septic Tanks and Soak Pits.
* Construction of training areas.
* Construction of Watch towers.
* Construction of Parking Sheds, Paint works and miscellaneous maintenance works.
* Construction of Astronomical Observatory.
* Construction of Communication Towers (x7)
* Construction of CC Roads 3.2 Km.

Engineering Drawings of projects. Furthermore, the analysis and design of buildings using
softwares like AutoCad, STAAD and ETABS.
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering From the Most Prestigious institute of Pakistan NED University of Engineering & Technology.
