Role: ( Includes not limited to)
• Drafting and negation of contract agreement, selecting a procurement route, approving variation order and issuing a notice to proceed to subcontractors.
• Comparing rates of work and monitoring BOQ preparation of various works and services. Building up new rates for the new scope of works and services.
• Monitoring of commercial activities, take off, tendering of reinstatement works of road, interlocks and hard scrapping work.
• Monitoring of BOQ preparation and taking off quantities of various permanent utilities works and all infra works.
• Comparing proposals of various subcontractors and selecting the most suitable one.
• Measurement reconciliation, certifying interim payment application, issuing the final payment certificate, contract closeout, dispute resolution and back charging.
• Auditing all previous payment applications and ensuring all terms and conditions of the contract before making final settlement of account and monitoring financial performance of the project.
• Building up new rates of works for station and tunneling works and monitoring valuation process.
• Preparing a claim report for the client and responding to the potential claims submitted by the subcontractors.
• Commercial correspondent with all stakeholders as a routine work and Following up the progress of works.
• Preparing cost report, budgeting and subcontractors liabilities, attending commercial meetings.
• Managing Earn value report and assisting to find out the cost to complete and the cost at complete and value engineering.
• Tracking all contractual, cost and commercial records and subcontractors performance.
• Monitoring Forecast report preparation and presenting the report to the higher management and maintain all commercial and project milestones and deadlines.
Role:
* Managing the tendering process from floating of bids to awarding of contracts; coordinating with contractors
with regard to techno-commercial negotiations
* Coordinating with external agencies for techno-commercial negotiations, preparation of tender / contract
documents, statements of claims vs. certification, value of work done, cost estimates, including billing, variation/
deviation proposals and claims.
* Providing cash flow data to enable company to plan resources adequately to meet contract commitments.
* Controlling, administering and reporting of each sub-contract / supply on the project, to ensure that the sub-
contract / supply is properly formulated, controlled and closed out
* Undertaking the quantity take-off, measurement reconciliation, rate analysis, subcontract management, contract
& subcontract variation orders
* Leading the preparation for new design proposals, comparison of cost amongst subcontractors, preparation of
profit loss account and project documentation.
* Developing commercials tracking system in line with company’s requirement and project needs.
* Establishing appropriate mechanism at the beginning of a project so that a seamless closeout process can be
performed.

* Led the construction and commercial activities including procurement, project budget preparation, commercial
correspondence, site supervision, material and manpower allocation to site
* Administered measurement reconciliation, rate analysis and subcontract management, review & approval of
main contract & subcontract variation orders
