Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective sales and business development strategy in line with the overall business plans and directed the team towards achieving sales and business objectives.
• Lead efforts to acquire leads/customers for different company services such as recruitment, IT staffing and project management, provide them with service information, and gather new contacts from the existing customer base.
• Source prospective clients through referrals, networking, social media, internet research, sales leads and direct contact.
• Schedule and conduct clients meetings to introduce new clients to the value of the company, with an end goal of engaging them to utilize company’s professional staffing services.
• Utilize strategic client hunting practices, industry/market analysis, internal communication, external promotions and constant in-depth client analysis to uncover revenue opportunities.
• Responsible for increasing the number of qualified hiring contacts in database.
• Analyze the clients’ requirements, and discuss and guide the respective recruitment team in terms of profile, explanation, sourcing techniques, mapping techniques, head hunting strategies, etc.
• Ensure the delivery of the talent needed along with the recruitment team while closing the positions, meeting delivery and revenue targets.
• Service and manage key accounts in the region, ensure customer requirements are met, secure additional business from key accounts and drive direct sales effectively.
• Monitor the latest trends in the market with a focus on new competitive products/services, and their prices, and accordingly revise sales and business plans.
