Role: Technical Project Manager

Leading a Technical IT Team for developing In-House custom to fit Parking Fine System for Dubai RTA Authority. PFS is Integrated Handheld devices (Portals) with Web based application run in both On-line and Off-line modes. .
Parking Fines System is also an integration of 400 Handheld devices (operated by Inspectors on two shifts), Offline, Online Gateways, Intranet Services All linked to a Clustered Oracle 9i Database.
Parking Fines System was developed using Java J2EE framework using a mixed of JDeveloper9i tools and Web Sphere tools.
Duties
• Managing a team of ten qualified IT Stuff to In-House develop and implement Parking Fine System for Dubai Municipality Phase1 and Phase 2.
• Quality and Standards Control, Liaison with Dubai Municipality. Project Manager, Share and Control design issues.
• Lead the Implementation Phase.
• Manage pre and Post Implementation technical Support.
• Coordination between project stake holders and joint venders
