 Develop & led the delivery of BAT EG Leadership team localization plan through identifying key talents, building robust succession plans and rolling out fit for purpose development interventions; delivering $ 1Mn Total Cost of Employment annual saving.
 Turnaround in BAT EG Employer Branding index; demonstrated by a progress of 12 points in global Universum raking; internally ranked from the top 5 markets across EMEAA region.
 Shape BAT Egypt culture through identification of organizational gaps, conducting focus groups and developing & delivering fit for purpose action plans; ROI - progression across all categories in Employee opinion survey; ranked top market across Turkey and North Africa area and within Top 10 markets across EEMEA
 Deployment of Success Factors HRIS as part of a global rollout plan, which includes development of Talent & Reward SOPs, UAT, Organizational Upskilling and change management plan.

Responsibilities:
 Develop and deliver Egypt HR strategy ensuring alignment to the Company’s business strategy and objectives.
 Challenge and constantly review organization structures, resourcing numbers and out-sourcing activities to enhance productivity and ensure that the organization structure supports the current and future business need
 Develop and implement Resourcing plan and roadmap, to ensure that the company has the right recruitment processes and selection techniques to recruit the top talents in Egyptian market
 Initiate and monitor all processes that are linked with performance management, development planning, career planning and Talent Reviews to ascertain that all employees are equipped with the appropriate skills and knowledge to perform to their best.
 lead on all Egypt Reward decisions
 Drive ‘line of sight’ throughout the organization and embed a high-performance culture.
