Provide All School Requirements and Services.
Responsible for assessing products, services, and suppliers and negotiating contracts.
Planning for the purchase of equipment, services, and supplies.
Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased
Managing inventories and maintaining accurate purchase and pricing records.
Researching and evaluating prospective suppliers
Maintain facilities and janitorial services
Ensure campus safety
Comply with all School policies, procedures, and quality standards as well as safety and environmental regulations
Ensure facilities are in good repair and provide a safe environment
Coordinate and schedule all maintenance, cleaning requests, and work orders
Manage procurement processes and ensure policies and procedures are being followed.
Ensure budget holder provide annual/quarterly procurement plan and initiate procurement
plan discussion with budget holder.
Lead annual approval of Required Supplier and Authorized Supplier List and ensure
supplier database is updated.
Review and feedback on Procurement Analysis Reports quarterly with the manager to identify
issues and find solutions.
Maintain pricing of goods and services provide an update to the budget holder to support
budgeting.
Ensure all bridger check is cleared.
Ensure all procurement documentation achieving is in compliance with the policy.
Oversee the development of tools like a checklist to support Program/Project Manager to
ensure compliance with policies and procedures including internal control.
Serve on Procurement Committee for sealed and open bids as required
Reports to the personnel as shown in the organization chart.
Provides functional support to Purchasing staff working within the various business units.
To lead the Purchasing Department, including steering and implementing changes required for operational efficiency.
Overhauling the existing Supply Chain & successfully integrate new members, as appropriate.
To develop, support and coordinate Procurement Training programs.
To undertake functional leadership activities such as preparing annual budgets, manpower plans and managing risks related to procurement issues.
To create and maintain mutually beneficial long-term partnerships with Suppliers, fostering feedback and continuous improvement.
Doing calls and arranging the appointments with the customers and the companies.
- Doing out door marketing and direct sales to ensure the sales targets.
- Collecting documents from customers and input the signed applications.
- Doing Customer service (after sales service).
