To program, control and lead all the de-commissioning and precommissioning activities associates to the oil wells that will be converted into gas lift wells (de-oiling, de-watering, nitrogen purging, reinstatement, inhertization and leak test), to define and verify the list of material and resources to be used to perform the de-commissioning and precommissioning activities, review and approval of procedures to be used for all de-commissioning and precommissioning activities, ensure that all the ICAPS (Integrated Commissioning and Progress System) form are issued, filled and signed.
To monitoring, control and lead all the operation activities associates with the oil and gas wells, pipeline and flow line to be done day by day according the business plan and the politics of the company, monitoring the maintenance or any activity to be perform in the wells and production lines in order to minimize the impact in the commitment production, participate in the programming of maintenance activities to minimize the impact on production. Generate, execute and control of operational budget, plan the training for workers, monthly management report.
Advise the Operations Management of West Indies Oil Company in adopting the best practices to assure the operability of the plant with 1.5 Millions of storage capacity in safety way according the politics of the company. Evaluate and approve operations investments budget. Monitoring and supervise the executing of operational projects and to take action to correct any deviation in the schedule, monitoring all the maintenance activities ongoing and to be done in the plant, monitoring the inventories level of petroleum products in the tanks
Program, lead and control the operations of reception (Ship-Plant) storage and dispatch of fuels products, ensure the safe execution of the operations in plant and marine terminal, Ensures the supply of products to customers according the specifications established in the contracts. Generate operations and investments budgets, monitoring and control of them, approve maintenance activities to be carried out in the plant, Lead the Project of construction of the new LPG filling plant and ensure that all the operations activities are executed according the safety politics of the company, monitoring and control the levels of the tanks and to make the fuel requirement according the sales monthly plan
Ensure that all the operation activities (reception, storage and dispatch of petroleum products) are according the safe politics of the company. Provide technical training to plant supervisors and operators, lead multidisciplinary teams for precommissioning activities of fuel storage and distribution plant, monitoring the maintenance activities in the plant, monitoring and control the daily inventories levels, participate in the operation budget elaboration
Monitor, evaluate and control gas collection and transmission systems for natural gas compressor plants approximately 1.800MM CFSD at 1200 psi, to maintain stable conditions and ensure the delivery of natural gas volume under the operating conditions required by the liquid extraction plants. Monitor the delivery of 300MM CFSD of residual gas (dry gas) to the national sales system (internal market), to review and coordinate the maintenance schedule and inspections of the gas pipelines, oil pipelines and gas compressor plants in order to minimize the impact on the gas transmission and supply system
To guarantee the operability of the plant under safety condition, to ensure the compression of 800MM CFSD of natural gas from levels (60psi, 250psi, 450psi) to 1200 psi, Monitoring all the preventive maintenance and major maintenance activities of natural gas compressors and gas turbines, to lead the schedule shutdown of natural gas compressor and gas turbine, lead the star up activities, mechanical test run and performance test of a new gas compressor and gas turbine or after corrective or major maintenance, Calculation of operational parameters (reliability, availability). Visualization of operational improvements in the plant, Supervise expansion projects capacity of the compression plant, coordinate the activities to be done by the engineers and supervisors, coordinate the training schedule and to make monthly management report

Execution and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance programs of the pipelines. Control and follow-up of pipeline inspections using different methods (conventional pigging, electromagnetic pigging), visualization of operational improvements, monitoring and supervision of major projects (construction of 16 "gas pipelines, 26 "And 36"), supervision in the execution of natural gas segregation procedures, supervision in replacements of pipelines sections of different diameters, supervise hot tapping works
