Coordinate initial phases of interior design projects, including consultations and site visits
Communicate and work with cross-functional teams at all levels of the organization
Project coordination between site works, office and client.
Coordination with suppliers sub-contractors and clients.
Preparation of submittals and mood boards.
Preparation of BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
Authority Approvals e.g. DDA, DCD, DM, RTA, Emaar, Free Zones, Trakhees etc.
Evaluation of material selection according to each project’s need
Coordination with facilities management
All documentation and paper work related to site works including comprehensive project and design
documentation
Working with AutoCAD, Sketch Up and other M.S office software
Ensuring that project schedules and timelines are met
Maintaining a strong interest in the luxury, design and fit-out industry

Undertake design project from concept to completion.
Determine clients’ goals and requirements of the project.
Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans.
Detailed concept designing and mood board preparation
Preparation of shop drawings and other deliverables
Authority Approvals e.g. DDA, DCD, DM, RTA, Trakhees etc.
Research and decide on materials and products sourcing.
Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
Work closely with designers, decorators, architects and constructors
Coordination with suppliers and sub-contractors.

Design, develop and deliver a range of programs of study at various levels.
Design and maintain virtual learning content and environments
Review on a regular basis course content and materials, updating when required.
Develop and apply appropriate teaching techniques and material which create interest, understanding and
enthusiasm amongst students.
Ensure that course design and delivery comply with the quality standards and regulations of the university and
department.
Teaching perspective drawing, painting, and drawing of floor plans.
