Responsibilities :
● Implementing project management best applicable practices, including Agile methodologies.
● Planning and executing project objectives on assigned projects and agreed targets to ensure the deliverables are achieved.
● Developing comprehensive project plans, including work breakdown structure WBS, deliverables, scope, schedules, and cost baseline.
● Ensuring work is performed based on approved policies, processes, procedures, and instructions on Channels by STC Co, local content, and aligning with the strategy of STCC.
● Ensuring that all required materials, resources, and activities are delivered based on planned and within budget.
● Lead project kick-off meetings upon project initiation, in addition to regular meetings with project stakeholders for progress updates.
● Monitoring and controlling project progress to ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget, taking effective analysis and quick responses to change requirements.
● Developing and implementing risk plans to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
● Closing project after identifying and documenting the lessons learned and implementing process improvement for future projects.
● Monitoring the supplier's performance and analyzing the results of the vendors' performance and capabilities.
● Evaluating and monitoring contracts to ensure that vendors and supplies comply with the contract's terms and conditions and determine the need for changes.
Responsibility:
● Working on comparing prices amongst various vendors to make good purchasing decisions.
● Defining realistic project goals and objectives with individual project managers and other stakeholders.
● Performed commercial analysis on suppliers to develop more efficient processes and cost-effective solutions.
● working closely with project managers to ensure all items are sourced, produced, and delivered to the projects on time and within budget.
● Preparing project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends to be provided to stakeholders for reviews and updates.
● Managing supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and responsiveness.
Responsibility:
● Preparing and presenting project status reports, highlighting key achievements, risks, and recommended actions to stakeholders and senior management.
● Managing project budget, resources, and progress against the agreed scope of work.
● Conducting weekly project plan reviews with all stakeholders.
● Collaborating with the project team, client, and contractors during the initiating process
and resolving project issues.
● Develop project objectives, schedules, and cost estimates.
