Communicates with the public on behalf of the company regarding LPG & natural gas distribution and give awareness whilst adhering to all HSE QC/QA.
-Participate in all kind of exhibition which related to business.
-Spreads message to the public by using the media as a means to do so.
-Create and maintain a favorable public image for the company.
-Craft media releases and develop social media programs to shape public perception of the company and to increase awareness of its work and goals.
Daily operation of the Human Resources office. Responsible for areas of Recruiting, Employee Relations, Benefits, Events, Workers Compensation and other employee-related tasks.
To coordinate all matters of employee work permits and visas.
HR related functions like workforce planning, recruitment, staffing strategies, wage and salary administration, associate and labor relations, benefits, workforce training and development etc.
To coordinate and / or conduct departmental training and conduct new hire hotel orientation program.
Implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus and benefits daily schedule report, etc).
Coordinate and oversee all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.
Conduct needs analysis, develop, implement, and monitor training programs and materials.
Encourages a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.
Assist in recruitment and hiring of all employee.
Ability to remain calm and courteous in demanding situations.
Assists other department heads / HOD's in the formulation of HR policies and procedures for their respective departments.
- Handling generalist HR activities.
- HR generalist role with experience in development, recruitment, career development, employment low and compliance etc.
- Support operations team with their HR recruitment.
- Coordinate all paperwork for all recruitment's done for office.
- Understanding of local laws and legislation.
-Prepare the monthly/ weekly demand projections, peak time load realization.
-Supervises, monitors, directs and handle the emergency response team.
-Preparing the operating procedures.
-Supervise the day-to-day operation activities, whilst adhering to all HSE QC/QA procedures.
-Conducts annual subordinate staff appraisal.
-Monitor the daily sales for Bulk, Cylinders & Natural Gas.
-Customers relation management (inquiry and complaints)
-Planning and scheduling.
-Study of customer’s requirement and ensure the correct flow and measuring.
-Bulk, cylinders & natural gas contract agreement preparations
-Negotiating contractual terms
-Issuing the purchase orders / contracts
-Coordinating with the other sections in procurement Dept. and other departments in the company for executing orders/contracts
-Answer client's clarification.
- Following-up acknowledgements of orders and solve problems (if any).
- Selecting the appropriate bidding procedure.
-Preparing commercial packages for the project.
