clients in other countries to be able to import organic
products from our country, (these licenses renewed

• Inspecting report for each organic farm to prove that it is
following the organic regulations including (farm name &
area, products grown, pesticides usage etc.…).
• Renewing the organic farm's certificates annually, each
farm must be certified every season from our certifier in
Egypt to be able to export organic products.
• This cultivation plan lets me know the amount of seeds
that we need from each product to be grown in our farms,
so I order these amounts of untreated seeds to be
imported from seeds companies abroad, each product
must have an origin country certificate.
• Finally, I'm the responsible of all organic correspondence
by mail, fax or phone with the Ministry of Agriculture, ECOA
Egyptian center of organic agriculture, AEC exporting
council and the Egyptian agriculture quarantine.
• Forwarding these applications including (the
client's details, the product's quantities, the
organic farms and pack houses) to our organic
certification body in Egypt to stamp and sign it,
then sending it abroad to the client for elicitation
of the license.
• Reviewing the loading plan for each sea
shipment, then writing a shipment request and
send it to our certification body ECOA for issuing
an exporting certificate.
• Negotiating with the clients about the organic
importing programs to put the final exporting
schedule which accordingly lead me to make the
plan of cultivation.
• As our company is an agent for some imported
seeds from European companies, so I had to
register these seed's varieties in our Egyptian
committee for seeds inspection and registration,
the new varieties must be registered every year
for the first three year, but the old varieties
registered every 5 years.
