• Prepare and update QHSE statistical tracking and trending data;
• Propose and Review Objectives and targets and the action plan to achieve them.
• Remain abreast of all relevant QHSE laws, codes of practice and standards for the area covered;
• Assist Project HSE Manager with client’s QHSE requirements and assist in compliance;
• Monitor the implement and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 14001 certifications and the transition to ISO 45001:2018 from OHSAS 18001:2007;
• Assist in the development of QHSE Plans that comply with Company policies and procedures as well as local client requirements;
• Provide Project HSE Manager with feedback on QHSE performance;
• Develop and implement appropriate location emergency response systems;
• Provide relevant information for monthly and YTD HSE reports;
• Supervises the administrator and record keeper on area specific HSE audits, inspections, reports, certifications, permits;
• Attends pre-job, planning and other client meetings as required;
• Conducts QHSE audits and inspections;
• Conducts QHSE presentations and training to employees as required;
• Assist work site personnel and line management and Country Chief Executive in the development of work site QHSE campaigns;
• Promote a positive safety culture;
• Performs and assumes other duties and responsibilities as may be required by Country Chief Executive.

• Liaise with the HSE & line departments to ensure that mandatory & elective HSE training events are delivered in a timely & professional manner.
• Liaise with HSE Training Office Manager on the delivery of training courses.
• Advice the Head of Training & Development regarding all HSE training matters & concerns.
• Assist in ensuring that HSE training records are maintained.
• Partner with the Head of Training & Development, the HSE department to develop an annual HSE training plan consistent with our strategy.
• Design, develop, resource, & deliver HSE trainings.
• Compile handbooks, manuals, guides, & any other materials to ensure that HSE training programs are delivered utilizing high quality resources.
• Keep up-to-date on developments & innovations in HSE training & education in the oil/gas industry to ensure that Numero Uno’s HSE training activities remain current & relevant.
• Any other duties as assigned by the HSE Training Manager.

• Support Top Management in implementing HSE Policy and Guidelines issue.
• Support Top Management in the Organization of roles and responsibilities of personnel related to Safety.
• Support Top Management in any issue related to the HSE Management System.
• Ensures, in accordance with the Co0rporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems.
• Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives.
• Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work.
• Conducts safety audits both internal and external (safety audits on Sub-contractors).
• Takes part in accident / incident investigation.
• Carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
• Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects.
• Carries out any in-house safety training.
• Liaise with Clients on safety related issues.
• Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs.
• Participates to HAZOP meetings prior to Survey and Geotechnical Investigation activities.

• Closely monitor site activities, on a daily basis, issuing non-compliance and submit reports to the Project Manager.

• Designed regulatory compliance Environmental monitoring program for June-December 2014, Supervised sample collection (effluent, rainwater, sewage, air quality/meteorology), gaseous Emissions and management of Environmental monitoring database and reporting,
• Placed and retrieved anomaly forms from anomaly boxes at different locations in the facility, logged all reported anomaly into the anomaly action database and synergy, followed up reported anomaly with the action department for close out,
• Supervised on-going permit to work (PTW) approved jobs and stop all jobs without PTW and safety non-compliant to procedure or standards,
