• Ensured that Partners for implementation are assessed according to criteria and followed to ensure the implementation of projects as per agreed framework.
• Ensured the documentation of the organizational learning and reflection in programs through reports, case studies, video documentaries, testimonials and project end reports (including budget) for the donors as per requirements.
• Ensured the close collaboration with line department through signing an MOU/letter of agreement and pursuing the agreed frameworks and built partnerships for collaborative actions.

• I supervised and coordinated the activities of the Local NGO (SRSP) in developing policies and plans to ensure the female participation in the development process and with the line departments for timely execution of the work plans.
• Developed liaison with technical institutes of the government and private institutions and facilitated the skill training for the males and females of the communities.
• Developed training modules and delivered training for the capacity building of males and females of the village organizations and for the staff of the line departments on social Mobilization, PRA tools, Conflict resolution and management, CMSTs.
• Facilitated the NGO in preparing annual work plans and budgets for the Social Sector activities along with minutes writing and circulation to all partners. and also facilitated the natural resource management activities with line agencies and ensured timely release of funds and activity reports
