Duties include supervising all structural and civil works
and coordination with concerned departments of related
electrical, mechanical and plumbing works.
2. Approving shop drawings, materials and samples.

6. Coordinating between subcontractors on site.
7. Providing cost control and quality assurance to the project.

8. Preparations for bidding documents, invitation of
contractors, preparation of tender documents,
prequalification of contractor's bid analysis technical &
financial. Awarding contract, preparing contract between
client and contractor etc.
9. Follow up with Government offices construction permit,
Municipality Specification, Electrical Specification, Civil
Defense etc.
Projects Executed:
1. Project Management Lead Engineer for the construction of
infrastructure utilities “Al-Fanar” Land Development.
Total area of the project (4, 000, 000) sq.m. Located in the
Coastal Road - Dammam-Khobar Highway. Work
includes: dredging of backfilling materials from the Gulf
backfilling of 30% of project and the other percentage dry
filling materials, backfilling for Roads to reach design level
with Marl Toppping - execution for sewer line.
2. Project Management and Construction Support for
Construction of Salim Shaheen Multi storey building Al-
Khobar. Built area of 1000 sq.m. Turn Key Job.
3. Lead Engineer for the supervision and construction team
for the following projects located Dammam, Khobar, Jubail
as follows
a. Abdullah Fouad Head Quarters Built Area of 16, 000
sq.m., work includes basement works to be used as
parking area, Tower Building of 10 multistorey building
(built Area 13599) sq.m. and utility building 2 floors.
b. Al-Bassam Residential & Commercial Tower consists
of 12 multistorey building located at Dammam Road #
1. Total Built Area 14, 200 sq.m. for Main Tower &
2, 500 sq.m. for parking building 3 floors.
c. Pro Care Hospital located at Dammam-Dhahran
Highway.
d. Non Wooven Factory Industrial Area J8ubail. Built
area 6, 300 sq.m. Pre-engineered building, Basement
and Water Tank.

e. Gulf packaging factory #1 in jubail built up area is
16000 m2 the production is plastic wrapping rolls the
work are soil improvement piling works, footings pre
engineered steel building all services utilities internal
external, chilled water system, thermal oil system etc
f. Gulf packaging factory phase #2 in jubail built up area
is 6000 m2 products are plastic wrapping rolls for
export same above .
g. Trio mada stretch film factory 5800 m2 construction
same above the production are plastic film products for
food wrapping.
h. Construction support and site supervision of north park
building aramco project.
i. Construction support and site supervision for rawabi
head quarters Alkhobar project still under construction
14 multistory building .
j. Construction support and site supervision for His
Highness prince mishari villa at golden build
k. Construction support for Al falak office building
Dammam Alkhobar highway .
4. Project Management for the design of several Aramco
projects i.e: As-Built drawing for West Pier, Ras Taura,
Upgrading Sewer Line for Health Center in Dhahran and
Upgrading Old Kuwait Road GOSP 2.
5. Supervision for Mohammed Bin Jumah Villa in Alkhobar
including servant quarters, guard house and site
development total area of construction = 3800 Sq.M.
6. Supervision for Prince Sultan Center (Orphanage Complex)
owned by Chamber of Commerce. Project includes
accommodation building for Boys and Girls. Total area for
each building 12, 500 Sq.M.,
Cafeteria Building (kitchen & Dining) area 1600 Sq.M.
Gymnasium Building and Management offices area

7. Supervision for Sheikh Mansour Bin Jumah Commercial
Center, Thuqbah. Area= 30, 000 Sq.M., 248 shops including
roads & parking.
8. Supervision for land development (Rekaz Development Co.
Ltd.). Area = 1, 550, 000 Sq.M. including filling roads,
street light, water mains, high voltage networks.
Factory Dammam Industrial Area No. 1. Project consists of
five buildings area of 5000 sq.m. Buildings are
administration & engineering, factory assembling and
testing gas turbines. MEPCO factory is a G.E. Company
Specialist in power systems.
10. Supervision of King Faisal University (K.F.U.) Boys &
Girls Colleges, Hofuf.
11. Construction support for K.F.U. Hospital extension,
Alkhobar.
12. Construction support for Saudi Aramco New Laboratory in
Ras Tanura.
13. Supervision for interior decoration of Burger King and
Haagen Daz Restaurants at Al-Rashid Mall, Alkhobar.
14. Construction Management and Supervision for construction
of Burger King Restaurant at Dammam corniche, including
all parking & green areas..
15. Supervision for renovation of Burger King Restaurant in
city of Jeddah including all finishes according to Burger
King Company requirements and specifications.
16. Supervision for Safeway Shopping Center, al-Khobar,
project consists of supermarket (Safeway # 2) administra-
tion offices and 10 shops for rental
17. Supervision for Al-Mawarid Seafront Restaurants Al-
Khobar. Project consists of four Restaurants (Wendy's,
Taco Bell, Popeyes and Pizza Hut). External development
consists of concrete walkways, landscaping, roads. Follow
up and coordination of all underground utilities including

laying cables, sewage & water lines, underground water
tank with pump room, SCECO and meter rooms.
18. Supervision for Mayor of Dammam Villa at Azizia, Al-
Khobar. Prestigious villa and annexes with all structural
and finishing works and coordination with different
disciplines including plumbing, mechanical & electrical.
19. Supervision for Prince Mohamed Bin Fahd Mosque -
Structural and finishes works.
20. Supervision four beautification monuments, corniche
Eastern Province for Municipality of Dammam.
21. supervision for ISG international schools in dahran
(CADO) ALKHOBAR, SAUDI ARABIA
Follow up work under construction and maintenance in Tabuk Air Base
includes construction of bunkers .
a. Construction of Children's villa in Prince Sultan Palace,
Maashi, Taif.
b. Renovation of Prince Sultan Palace, Al-Mathna, Taif.
c. Renovation for Sheikh Kamel Sindi villa and construction
of servant quarters, tennis court & visitors apartment at
Jeddah.
