Create heating and cooling systems E-20 sheets for educational and commercial projects.
Make load calculations to determine how much heating and cooling power various equipment
must put out in order to heat or cool spaces when needed using HAP.
Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and blueprints for new construction projects. Also draft new plans to design ductwork and piping systems.
Calculate ventilation requirements based on the types of systems needed.
Determine costs for heating and cooling systems and write up detailed budget estimates.
Coordinate and collaborate with architects and engineers when designing heating and cooling
systems
Ensure the inspection of AHU, DX systems and other accessories before the maintenance
begins.
Deliver all tools required for the fitting including power tools, hand tools, and ladder on time
and in the exact numbers as mentioned in the list.
Coordinate installation schedule with team members and other departments working on the
project.
Documentation of the Conduct Testing inspection process for a variety of tasks including the pressure check, refrigerant and physical snags.
Additional responsibilities include having to arrange the safety gear and equipment to carry the
work.
Regulate the machine repair/replacement and to provide emergency backup in case of machine
failures.
