Key responsibilities include:
Oversee the preparation of design drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation.
Review and validate engineering designs and technical specifications.
Coordinate between design consultants, subcontractors, and project teams.
Ensure proper documentation of all technical aspects of the project.
Provide technical guidance and solutions during project execution.
Identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues that arise on-site.
Ensure that design and construction adhere to quality standards.
Perform technical audits and reviews of project deliverables.
Implement corrective actions for any quality-related issues.
Review and validate bill of quantities (BOQ).
Manage technical evaluations for procurement and material selection.
Lead and mentor the technical office team, including engineers and draftsmen.
Foster collaboration between the technical office and project execution teams.
Act as a key point of contact for technical matters with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Attend project meetings and present technical updates.
Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the project.
Implement best practices for technical processes and project execution.
Promote innovation in design, materials, and construction techniques.
Prepare & Review Request for information (RFI)

Monitor and supervise all on-site construction activities to ensure they align with the approved
architectural designs and plans.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, identify potential issues, and ensure
compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective
communication and coordination throughout the construction process.
Address and resolve any design-related issues that may arise during construction in consultation
with the design team.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets the
specified standards and quality expectations.
Conduct inspections of materials, workmanship, and finished components to verify compliance
with architectural and engineering standards.
Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports, progress updates,
and as-built drawings.
Generate and submit regular reports to the project manager or client outlining the status of
construction activities, potential risks, and recommended actions.
Proactively identify and address any issues or challenges that may arise during construction,
proposing viable solutions to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Work closely with the design team to resolve design discrepancies or modifications required during
construction.
Lead and supervise on-site project teams, including contractors and subcontractors, fostering a
collaborative and efficient working environment.
Provide guidance and support to the construction team members, ensuring that everyone is aligned
with project goals.
Attending Meeting with clients to discuss construction work.
Monitor project timeline.
Review of project submittals comprising technical literature, samples and mock-ups for
compliance with design specifications and details.

- Prepare architecture work coordination drawings, as well as MEP coordination drawings to avoid any conflict onsite.
