Project manager (fit out)
- Head quarter of SASCO in Riyadh (50 millions)
Area 9500 m2.
- Attending Meeting with clients to discuss construction work.
- Engage in Team meetings to resolve project issues and coordinate schedule adherence of technical issues.
- Overseeing and directing contractors and construction teams.
- Monitor project timeline.
- Review shop drawings and submittals for compliance with the design intent and coordination of shop drawings with different disciplines.
- Review of project submittals comprising technical literature, samples and mock-ups for compliance with design specifications and details.
- Assist project team in negotiations with contractors regarding the value of claims or schedule changes and prepare recommendations on claims - approval or rejection.
- Review any alternative to the Design concept submitted by the Design Consultant(s) and prepare and submit a report including a recommendation to the Engineering Manager highlighting the advantages and disadvantages of each alternative.
Technical Office Architect
- Airport hotel in Riyadh (75 million) 4-stars
Area 10, 000 m2.
- Responsible for leading, managing and overseeing the entire architectural project(s) on a day-to-day basis from the Schematic Design/Conception phase through to Design Development, Construction Drawings, Bidding/Contract Negotiation, Construction Administration and Closeout phases.
- Coordinate work efforts and review work performed in all phases.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
- Review the output of the designers from initial Framework / Concept through to Construction Documentation.
- Review design methodology and approach.
- Review design programs and recommendations such as urban integration, transportation, environment and sustainability, public realm and open space, public buildings, and public art installations.
- Redesign or upgrade some areas if needed.
- Prepare and discuss with the RE alternative proposals to solve site conditions status and construction errors.
- Support the site team in solving the non-conformance records.
- Prepare architecture work coordination drawings, as well as MEP coordination drawings to avoid any conflict onsite.
- Develop a work plan for the technical office.
- Interpret and check drawings, tender documents, quantities and estimates.
- Understanding drawings and joinery technical issue coordinating the work of contractors.
- Visit the site to take inventory of existing furniture and equipment and identify positive attributes of the space and potential problems.
- Check production output according to specifications.

Site engineer :
- Coordination with contractors (stone - Aluminum - finishes)-QC/QA inspection the work at site and adjust the quality as per standard-Negotiations with suppliers, contractors and lower prices-
- Coordinator at site between finishes word and MEP- check delivered materials and camper it with spec. id - quantity survey for required material for site work.
Technical Office :
- Draw shop drawing and details as per id - ihg standard and tourism authority.
- prepare B.O.Q. items and spec. architectural items.
- Prepare porches order - make selection for materials from catalog as per project requirements.
- Design and develop the concept - coordinator the drawings “finishes and MEP”.
Furniture - fit out:
- review the drawings ( lounge - restaurant - den - meeting rooms - guest rooms - lift lobby - …..) as per id “ interior design”- design and handling
