My entire responsibilities of Security issues and HR were:

To make sure all security guard dressed correctly.
To make sure that all security guards well disciplined. Do they salute, stand to attention etc.
To make sure that guard aware of his duties and does he carry them out efficiently.
To make sure handover/takeover done correctly
Ensure all employees have signed the Job Description and they are aware of and understand the contents of the site Job Description.
Recruitment process
Carry out induction of all new employees.
Maintain high standards of security guard by training and implement when require
Maintain files of all employees according to standard procedure.
Ensure documentation such as mileage/visit logs, vehicle inspection sheets are completed correctly before filing in the relevant files.
Ensure that radios are serviceable in each vehicle.

Assist ISL Manager on personnel and administrative matters when required
