î Developing and delivering awareness and specific in-house trainings (Induction, Confined space, Work at height, chemical handling, Defensive driving, H2S, HazCom, Confined space and work at height rescue, Authorised Gas tester, BBS, LOTO, Commissioning, Etc.)
î Design and preparing new modules for training.
î Promoting and implementing IIF (Incident and Injury Free) BBS Program.
î Review and updating of training plans and training Matrix
î Review and updating modification of projects HSES Specifications and procedures.
î Site auditing of training compliance
î Promote, maintain and implement company’s strategy, policies, plans and procedures.
î Management and lead of the HSE field staff including subcontractor’s integrated teams.
î Preparation and delivering site’s massive stand down.
î Weekly TBT presentation for direct staff of Company.
î Review and approval of PTW including critical activities’ risk Assessments and JSA
î Review and interface with the client for the approval of prevention plans.
î Interface with Construction department for anticipating schedule of activities and management of SIMOPS
î Coordinate and assist in incident investigations either as leader or Team Member.
î Review and update of HSE procedures.
î Participatein internal and external audit programs.
î Coordinate with HSE Training Department in identificationand arranginginternal/external HSE Training needs and launching of field coaching campaigns
î Monitor and support Subcontractor’s HSE teams.
î Provide support to project and operation team in HSE aspects.
î Daily Review and site approval on of the activities PTW.
î Check and ensure compliance to approved risk assessments, JSA and Method Statements
î Take part in the organization and performing of field coaching.
î Organization of Drills and Emergency training
î Provide HSE Induction for all companies and subcontractors employees.
î Ensure training, tool box meetings, and drills are implemented as part of the company’s training and HSE program.
î Periodical inspection of mechanical equipment (cranes, backhoes, side booms ... etc) and electrical equipment (generators, electrical panels...)
î Ensure scaffolding erecting, modification and validation are compliant to companies standards and policy
î Carrying out gas test for critical activities in confined spaces, hot works in hazardous areas, Isolations.
î Monitor site operations to see that only safe work methods are being carried out and that health safety. requirements are being observed, welfare and first aid facilities are adequate and properly maintained
î Investigating root causes of kinds of Hazards, all the safety aspects and measures related to all hazards.
î Prepare monthly and weekly HSE performance statistics.
î Preparation weekly and monthly safety report.
î Assisting to develop safety posters, signs, slogans, bulletins, publications, etc. and distributing.
î Coordination of inspection of lifting tackles and heavy lifting equipment by third party and routine inspections of above at work site and yards.
î Determine the cause of any accident (dangerous occurrence) and recommend means of preventing recurrence of such an incident.
î Conduct safety Induction, weekly Tool Box Talk & monthly HSE training.
î Carrying out accident investigation and reporting to the management about accident trends.
î Monitoring of subcontractors for safety compliance.
î Conducting incident/accident, near miss, unsafe act and unsafe condition and fire investigations.
î Co-ordinate mock drills for various Emergency situations, e.g. fire, Gas, Evacuation, Major accident.
î Organizing & conducting various motivational trainings for supervisors, employees of company and subcontractor employees.
