Participating in meetings and workshops that aim to update knowledge.
Meeting up with the customers.
Analyzing the customer's demands and deciding either the requests are doable or not.
Drawing schematic diagrams that describes the desired workflow. Reporting to the software developers the requests.
Training the users on the installed system.
Providing customers with remote support.
Supervising a team of agents working in some archiving projects, ensuring that a good workflow take place, that a target is reached daily and that we deliver on time

Job responsibilities:
● Maintaining strong call control and handling techniques of both
telephone calls and ticketing system.
● Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering queries; providing
information.
● Helping clients resolve issues over telephone calls.
● Updating job knowledge by studying new product descriptions;
participating in educational opportunities.
● Monitoring network performance;searching for any crashed site and
informing about it via emails and phone calls.
● Configuration of routers, access points and range extenders.
