Interprets and develop Organization HR policies and procedures.
- Keeps up to date with changes in Laws and Regulations that affect HR practices
in the Organization and suggests amendments to HR policies and procedures to
align to such changes.
- Manage all HR programs and record their activities in appropriate formats.
- Manages intern program by conducting orientations; scheduling rotations and
assignments; monitoring intern job contributions; coaching interns.
- Manage the Human Resources System within the parameters and authorities
allowed by the Company, prepare payroll reports, and update the system when
necessary.
- Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and
objectives; meeting with managers to discuss need, creating job descriptions and
salary scale.
- Create clear and comprehensive user documentation.
- Manages payroll and benefit dispersal, responds to employee inquiries and
resolves dispersal problems.
- Administering the Performance Management Process and tracking completion
Making sure that staff gets paid correctly and on time.
- Looking after the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the
employer's own employment policies and procedures.
- Negotiating salaries, contracts, working conditions or redundancy packages with
