•Maintaining personnel files, ensuring documents in the files are complete and in order in line with company policies & legal requirements
•Coordinate and uphold staff confidential records.
•Coordinate and communicate with all the staff for any concerns or needs.
•Processing of the renewal of the residence visa and labour card by communicating with our typing center to apply.
•Assist all employees with their day to day queries and enquiries on company policies and procedures.
•Coordinating with license department for new and renewal of professionals and facility license.
•Manage leave form and keep track of vacation days
•Monitoring employee attendance for absent, late and when early and required hours.
•Reporting monthly absent, late and went early and other attendance related reports to HRD office.
•Calculating and reporting Overtime, Off Day & Public Holiday Duty.
•Extracting and reporting weekly departmental attendance for all IVF Branches and other related reports.
•Monthly reporting and maintaining up to date DHA, MOH & Malpractice Report.
•Monitoring and updating monthly duty rota.
•Source candidates using job portals and maintain a resume database for future requirements.
•Conduct employee annual satisfaction survey and reporting to HR Manager for analysis.
•Provide or prepare reports as directed or requested subject to the approval of the HR Manager.
•Supports HR Manager in ensuring that all HR functions are running as per company needs and expectations.
