• Investigate and check the rejected claims to see why denial was issued.
• Maintain strict confidentiality.
• Answering patient concerns with regards to their billing.
• Collect and manage account payments of the patient.
• Process payments from insurance companies.
• Call insurance companies regarding any discrepancies in payments, if necessary.
