- Answering emails and calls regarding client’s concerns and inquiries.
- Create pick-up and delivery bookings in the system,
- Arrange deliveries and pick-ups.
- Create weekly and monthly report of invoices.
- Coordinate to all third party agents to ensure on time delivery of
shipments.
- Review and arrange all transportation paperwork inclusive of
driver logs, DOs, trip reports and invoices
- Handling shipment clearances.
- Tracking and monitoring shipments to ensure on time delivery.
- Update stakeholders on the status of their shipments in transit.
- Check the accuracy of information of airway bill.
- File documents in physical and digital records
