I have been in charge of the followings functions which are detailed below in the

Manager.
Functions:
- Forecasting of treasuries and subsequent reporting to the partners.
- Monitoring and control of costs in the different works in order to optimize
results, analyzing the possible deviations of the initial budget.
- Accounting of invoices, subcontractors’s document management, elaboration of
contracts private with the subcontractors as well as of orders of purchase.
- Implementation and adaptation of the ERP program: Navision 4.0, primarily in
modules of Treasury and purchasing.
Main Works:
- JOINT VENTURE SAMPOL BARCELÓ, Hotel Madrid-Barajas (45 millions of Euro).
- JOINT VENTURE CP NORTH I, New Prison module in Vitoria (680.000, 00 Euro).
- JOINT VENTURE C MODULE in Palma de Mallorca´sairport (1, 5 millions of Euro).
- OTHER WORKS: JOINT VENTURE Sewage Treatment plant in Sentinas (Málaga),
Substation La Zarza, Substation Bit in Palma de Mallorca.
