In this capacity i have led a team for implementation of Integrated Management System (ISO 9001+ISO 14001+ISO 45001) in Steel Melt shop, Lead a team for implementation of TQM across department for in bound raw material that resulted in 25% increase in conformance of finished goods. Identified process gaps and reduced MIS generation lead time. Lead a team for cost reduction project by improving Cr Recovery.

In my capacity, streamlined supply chain process flow for storage, commercial clearance and feeding of stainless steel scrap (0.7 MTPA). Led a team for value analysis for modelling a procurement process. Stabilized liquid Chrome addition at Electric arc furnace through operation excellence.

In my capacity mastered the art of making stainless steel in 150 MT Argon Oxygen De-carburization converter (AOD). Produced and stabilized grades like 304, 304L, 316L, 409L, Duplex 2205. Optimized blow pattern and addition at AOD thereby reducing flux rate by 3%.

In my capacity, i was responsible for erection and commissioning of AOD converter. Fabrication and erection of structural columns and beams of 1 MTPA stainless steel complex.
