➢ Primarily responsible for management of stock, ensuring that all deliveries,
transfers and organization of stockroom is carried out with great attention to
detail and efficiency
➢ Receiving all weekly deliveries into the store and checking that the stocks
matching with invoice. Unpack all deliveries including store transfers putting
stock into the correct locations ensuring that all merchandise are safely stored
and easily accessible as per company procedure.
➢ Process all relevant documentation and administrative tasks.
➢ Liaise with inventory control regarding deliveries, stock transfers, stock takes
and return to vendors. Making discrepancy report.
➢ Preparing markdowns before each sale period.
➢ Identify any default stock immediately and ensure that it is not displayed on
the shop floor.
➢ Liaise with Italy and other relevant suppliers as well as completing and
maintaining a paper trail of the appropriate form regarding faulty stock and
repairs. All repairs must be processed in accordance with policy.
➢ Stock transfer from main location to another location. Damage items return to
suppliers for repairing and Claim.
➢ Make preparation for goods transfer to domestic & international, DHL and
Aramex Shipment pickup booking (Create Airway bill)
➢ Participation for monthly and annual stock inventory process
➢ Filing systems control following the administrative disciplines
➢ System updating all daily data.
➢ Keeping all items in proper shelves, always keep stockroom area clean and neat.
Arrange stockroom well that will help the sales staff easily find out the items.
➢ Assisting all sales staff. Make sure all items are displayed.
➢ Supporting HR Team In Qatar and Coordinate with PRO
➢ Shipment control and reception of goods, making pricing procedure (Barcode
making )
➢ Stock transfer from main location to another location. Damage items return to
suppliers for repairing.
➢ Make preparation for goods transfer to domestic & international
➢ Participation for monthly and annual stock inventory process
➢ Filing systems control following the administrative disciplines
Daily sales report, On Hand Qty Report, Negative Qty Report, Supporting Annual
Inventory team, Replenishment Item. Damage item return back to vendor.
