Managing all project resources & coordinate with clients and consultant all site work, check the availability of resources to avoid any delay in progress with time schedule,
Presentations and consultant requests required for clients,
Check the Mobilization & demobilization required in project,
Review the budget for the project for the resources and any payments.
Review the contract for the project to avoid any missing assignments and to know what is going to happen for the project to avoid getting missing data for managing.
Check if there is any delay payments with clients.
Any work for the project Manager in site is my scope, ..... etc.....
