Responsible for activities regarding new and renewal business in Underwriting Department.
* Analyze; prepare the feasibility to offer deviations from standard policy as requested by the
client.
* Build and maintain close coordination with divisions, branches and development staff for
business procurement and continuous servicing.

premium, premium adjustment, pool enhancement, pool creation, pool covers etc.) of north &
south region
* People Management in terms of growth and training (Leading a team of 8 people).
* Meeting with clients to account reconciliation and settlement.
* Worked on miscellaneous assignment given by management time to time.
* Maintained Portfolio Profitability.

* Coordination with client / Medical Team / Endorsement Team & Relationship manager for
fulfilling their queries related to Policy
* Maintain the complete policies record & filling of policy documents
* Analyzing the Portfolio’s data and Loss Ratios (twice in a month)
* Coordination with IT Department for resolution of complex Issues of underwriting in PREMIA &
HIS
Processing of claims from receiving till preparation of files.
* Ensure claims are legitimate and settlements are made in line with company practice and
procedure.
* Liaise with doctors and other related individuals for clarity on claim lodged.
* Maintained Turnaround Time (TAT) of claims processing
* Provide high quality services to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
* Claims data analysis.
* Facilitate customer till claim amount transferred in his/her account.
