Project Description:
The project is composed of 2 Basements, Ground Floor, and 4 floors. The works include Structural, Architectural, Laboratories and MEP Works. The envelop of the building is very critical and wavy in concrete. The total built up area is 32000m2 and its value is 22 Million USD.

2. FARAH RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL BUILDING (2018-present)
Project Description:
The project is composed of 6 Basements, Ground Floor, 3 Mezzanine Floors and 11 floors. The works include Structural, Architectural, Interior Design and MEP Works. The envelop and the interior are designed with care and require massive coordination and procurement to maintain the budget of the Client. The Project is highly delicate and its value is 19 Million USD.

3. SAIFI PLAZA (2016 - 2019)
Project Description:
The project is composed of 4 Basements, Upper and Lower Ground Floors, and 6 floors in two blocks with External Landscaping Works. The works include Structural, Architectural, Interior Design and MEP Works. The façade is a combination ad Stick Curtain Wall and Unitized System specially designed and fabricated for the Project and customized to fulfill the vision of the Architect and Façade Consultant. The Project is highly competitive and sophisticated with imported materials. The Project Value is 15 Million USD.

4. CLEMENCEAU MEDICAL CENTER EXTENSION (2013 - 2016)
Project Description:
The project is composed of 6 Basements, a Ground Floor, and 10 floors including an Attic Floor. The works include Structural, Architectural, ID and MEP Works in addition to competitive works including Operation Theaters, Bunkers for High Energy Radiation Departments (LINAC), X-ray Rooms, Interventional Radiology, Chemotherapy and dialysis Departments. The scope of works also includes saw cutting and openings to the Existing Hospital Building as Extension with all related works keeping the running of the existing Hospital in Full Operation. The Project is a turn-key including Interior Design and is highly sophisticated. The Project Value is around 28 Million USD.

Project Description:
The project consists of 4 basements, Ground Floor and Eleven Upper Floors. The value of the concrete works comprising our scope of works is 4.5 Million USD. Our Scope also included the evaluation for the 2nd Phase high End Finishing Works. We participated with the Client and Consultant in the procurement and management of Phase 2 related to Finishing and Electromechanical works in coordination with the Architect with a total value of 15 Million USD.

2. UPGRADING OF HAZMIEH - SAOUFAR INTERNATIONAL ROAD SECTION 3
(2012-2013)
Project Description:
The project incorporates upgrading the existing international road from Baalechmay Interchange to Saoufar Interchange so as to develop into 2 x 2 lanes divided highway for 4 km, and 3 x 2 lanes divided highway for 2 km. Tasks also embraced the upgrading of 2 existing interchanges and construction of 2 new ones, which consist altogether the Highway controlled accesses.
The project additionally involves:
- Construction of several Pedestrian crossings
- Rehabilitation and beautifying of Bhamdoun Old Road, a 2.5 Km long single carriageway road.
- Rehabilitation and ornamentation of Saoufar Old Road, a 4.5 Km long single carriageway road.
The Contract value is 30 Million USD

3. BEAUTIFICATION OF BHAMDOUN OLD ROAD (2012-2013)
Project Description:
The project consists of the Beautification of Bhamdoun Old Road starting from the left fork to Baalechmay village and terminating at Bhamdoun Square with a total length of about 800LM and a total contract value of 8.5 Million USD.
The works include:
- Landscaping and irrigation works along the project length including Bhamdoun Public Garden
- The construction of up-stand curbs and sidewalks
- Providing incidental items (Benches, tree grating, tree guards, waste bins, bollards, marking, signage)
- Establishing underground medium and low voltage electric network to replace the existing overhead cables
- Decorative street lighting poles along the road
- Asphalt resurfacing works

Project Management and Operations Division Manager Scope of Work:
- Manage and lead a team of engineers, supervisors and administrative staff (total of 100 people);
- Manage subcontractors for the pricing, planning, quality and execution of works;
- Develop business opportunities in the fields of reservation, conservation, adaptive reuse, design and construction. Won additional projects for the amount of USD 10 Million;
- Instigate and manage a corporate communication strategy;
- Prepare planning schedules and cash flow diagrams
- Follow up shop schedules and procedures to meet the project need and time frame;
- Follow up shop drawings, submittals, schedules of purchasing material, site instructions;

Cleaning and Maintenance for the City of Beirut, covering an area of 20 sq.km and documenting five layers of qualitative and quantitative information.

- Managed construction sites, e.g. Mar Roukoz Water Theme Park: “Waves”;
- Prepared detailed and as-built drawings of buildings and infrastructure works;
- Designed and managed refurbishment projects, e.g. SFC main offices floor.
