A Civil Quality Control /Assurance Engineer at Electrical Substation .
Review of all OWNERS quality requirements as per contract document and specifications.
Prepare a Quality control Plan.
Review of Inspection and Test Plan for all equipment to be delivered in coordination with the Project Manager and Site Engineer.
Review material submittals, IFC drawings, shop drawings.
Site monitoring of daily activities to ensure that the work is in conformance as per approved drawings and specifications.
Advising and coordinating with the Site Engineer to achieve the required Quality of work.
Prepare Request for Material Inspection (RMI), Request for Inspection (RFI).
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of non conformity (NCR).
Immediate action in resolving of Non conformance report (NCR) to minimize the work delay.
Perform internal quality audits.
