Made Stretcher booking Reservations confirmed with the help of concerned Engineering department of concerned flight originating from there on the demands of concerned Stations for the patient and made sure the booking be Ticketed. Similarly, made booking confirmed for Oxygen required to patient on demand from the concerned Engineering department on concerned flight in time and made sure that it's charges be taken by the concerned Stations.
Made advise to flight control section for cancellation if and whenever that flight has low load and shifted the load on an other suitable flight to the customers.
Made advise and instruction customer relationship services to inform all the relevant customers in time.
Made reports and briefs of all concerned flights be balanced.
