Made flights inventory balanced at every moment on all International routes as well as domestic . Made help to all concerned Stations to solve the problems they faced at the moment. Made Stretcher booking Reservations confirmed with the help of concerned Engineering department of concerned flight originating from there on the demands of concerned Stations for the patient and made sure the booking be Ticketed. Similarly, made booking confirmed for Oxygen required to patient on demand from the concerned Engineering department on concerned flight in time and made sure that it's charges be taken by the concerned Stations.
Made advise to flight control section for cancellation if and whenever that flight has low load and shifted the load on an other suitable flight to the customers.
Made advise and instruction customer relationship services to inform all the relevant customers in time.
Made reports and briefs of all concerned flights be balanced.

Presently I am performing my duty and responsibilities as a Duty Manager in Central Reservation Control/Islamabad, Pakistan International Airlines in Marketing Department.
It is to deploy the staff and Officers on respective places or where there is need and shortage to run the Office Business properly and smoothly.
It is to give advise and take instructions from high management according to requirement and take actions and advise actions to other Officers to avoid any mis-handling the clients and customers.
It is to take actions according to requirement on Domestic as well as International Stations and take measure to support them to minimize the negligence and solve the problem where is to be arise.
It is supportive measure of duty to enhance at all Stations of our Organization network and get them free of hurdles if any.
