Responsible for developing and reviewing Project Development estimates, schedules and Handing over the same.
Preparation of suitable work breakdown structure for all Projects. Baseline preparation, resource loading & analysis.
Implementing improvement plans where there is a significant gap between expectations and Vendors/ Subcontractors actual performance. Assist in the review and preparation of documents to support claims management and in particular extensions of time.
Ensure proactive project planning, stakeholder relations, and risk management takes place across projects.
Supports/performs integration of scope, cost, and schedule within the WBS and ensure mapping is accurate on an on-going basis.
Coordinate and prepare the Project Monthly/Weekly reports and Steering Committee presentations.

Negotiating the contracts of subcontractors, communicating with inspectors and architects, meeting with construction managers, and coordinating the delivery of materials with vendors
Managing a regular review process of contractors, subsidiaries deliverables (Monthly report/Program Update/Look Ahead, etc).
Developing and executing all phases of the project controls effort (planning/scheduling, cost analysis, and reporting).
Developing alternative schedule scenarios and evaluating them based on standardized methodology.
Controlling performance of project activities and their correspondence to plan/ contract obligations.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors/ suppliers to ensure regular reporting on performed activities.
Preparing and issuing progress and specialty reports to stakeholders. To prepare the schedule and milestone forecasting, resource usage analysis, delay claim analysis, asset capitalization, project reporting and project closeout.
