My Responsibility
Maintaining Server health checking Performance monitor logs, disk space utilization, CPU utilization, Memory Utilization. • Managing Windows physical and virtual servers and provided troubleshooting for system and server issues • Managing and monitoring Windows servers' 2008R2/2012R2/2016/2019 Multi- Domain Active Directory Environment. • Install and configure Windows Server OS 2008R2/2012R2/2016/2019. • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues. • Install and configure software and hardware. • Maintain Active Directory. • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory group policies, login scripts, DNS and DHCP. • Providing technical support on-site or via remote-access systems. • Repairing hardware malfunctions, software issues, and networking problems. • Upgrade systems with new releases and models. • Knowledge of computer hardware and networking systems. • Working knowledge of OU structure, Group Policy. • Provide folder Access, Delegation Control, and RDP Access. • Patch and service pack Installation on the Server. • Perform account setup for new and old employees. • Managing and monitoring Windows Hyper-V's Virtual Machine. • Troubleshooting the regular Issues on Outlook client. • Experience with databases, networks (LAN, WAN), and patch management. • Managing and monitoring Windows file server with failover cluster configured. • Regular application installations, configurations, and day-to-day administration. • Maintaining an office 365 environment. • Managing and monitoring VMware servers. • Build and configure Windows and VMware servers. • Knowledge of email configuration & troubleshooting. • Knowledge of troubleshooting basic printer-related issues. • Knowledge of taking backup of user data before formatting & OS reinstallation • Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on desktops, laptops, printers, and any other peripheral equipment • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support • Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar role • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments.
