Since September 2018, I have been freelancing in Dubai as a marketing consultant offering digital marketing audits, strategies, re-branding and more.


A) CLIENT 1: Corporate Sports:

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
 Grew social media accounts by 200% (LinkedIn); 35% (Twitter); 25% (Facebook) and 25% (Instagram) in 6 months.
 Wrote the winning award entry for ‘Fitness Event of the Year’ at FIT Awards.
 Secured 4 key sponsorships for the main flagship sports event in Feb 2020.
 Secured Dubai Sports Council Press Conference for Jan 2020.
 Re-designed the brand guidelines; improved the logo and created a new brand for 2020 launch

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Turnkey entire marketing department from strategy to execution and analytics
Manage Public Relations
Improve brand awareness and market reputation
Develop sponsorship proposals for targeted clients to offset costs of each event
Manage social media presence, community and growth
Develop relationships with key stakeholders including government councils
Present new ideas for brand development
Manage internal team of design and production
Manage external team of freelancers; digital agency and other suppliers


B) CLIENT 2: Tileline (Marketing project)

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
 Full re-brand of company logo, brand identity and corporate profile
 Defined the full ERP and eCommerce requirement for the company


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Make strategic changes to the brand identity to elevate it in the UAE market
Make suggestions & source a supplier to re-design the website for eCommerce and ERP integration based on specific needs.
Create and manage their digital presence, the design and implementation of stand exhibitions at relevant expos, print advertising and other BTL advertising.


C) CLIENT 3: Cloudscape (marketing project)

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS
 Complete delivery of a 3-month digital launch strategy in-line with their execution tool, Hubspot.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop a 3-month online digital marketing strategy to attract two specific target audiences



D) CLIENT 4: AES International (Marketing project)

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS

Full delivery of main responsibility and implemented

Complete a full digital presence audit, and make strategic recommendations for improvement in line with their specific target audience.
