My responsibilities as a Consultant in the IT & Business Processes Unit includes but not limited to the following:

• Provision of SAP Application Maintenance Support for the Make-to-demand (MtD) Stream consisting of Production Planning, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, Logistics Execution-Warehouse Management modules for GBFoods’ Operations across Africa (Nigeria, Ghana, Senegal, Algeria) and Europe (Spain, Italy, Holland, Russia).
• Ensuring that Support tickets - Incidents and Change request are resolved promptly according to agreed SLAs and based on priorities.
• Advising and working on required improvements as a result of changes in the business operations across the MTD stream.
• Participation in IT and Business Processes initiatives and projects.
• Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Documentations with recommendations on process areas that require improvement.
• Continuous User Training to drive better User adoption and sustainability.

Ariosh is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction & installation (EPCI) services and complementary solutions across the asset and program life cycle within the onshore, offshore and subsea market segments of the oil and gas sector.

Responsible for the quality and timely delivery of the SAP S4 Hana Logistics modules. Managing a team of 4 Logistics Consultant (2 Seniors, 2 Juniors). SAP systems; SAP S/4 Hana 1709 On-premise deployment, Fiori UX.

Responsible for the solution design of the procurement, inventory management, project systems processes. Conduct Blueprint Workshop and business process review, Configuration of the following processes:
•Sourcing and Procurement: Requisitioning, RFP/ RFQ processing, Procurement Contracts Processing, Purchase Order Management, Goods Receipts Processing Logistics Invoice Verification, Material Valuation, External Service Management, Procurement Reporting and Dashboards.

• As part of the Business Solutions & Services Division, I am responsible for the SAP SCM Solutions Unit - a team of 5 SAP Consultants with different backgrounds in SAP modules.
• Responsible for the delivery of pre-sales, support, training and implementation of SAP SCM Solution and other related products.

• Responsible for Solution design, Assigning of Resources to projects/ Tasks and monitor progress, Consultant performance evaluation.

• Monitor and Ensure that projects are delivered as per budget, this is achieved by ensuring that project tasks/deliverables are delivered as per schedule using well proven project management methodologies thereby eliminating overspend on projects and ensuring client satisfaction.

• Participated in the development of Non-SAP Solutions:
o Terminal Management Solution: This solution was developed specifically for the Oil & Gas Sector for the management of their Tank farm operations.

Batch Management: Setup of Material Batch Class and Characteristics for the storage of specific batch related data, Automatic Batch creation, Batch Usage & traceability (Buttom-up Analysis/ Top-down analysis), Batch Search Strategy, Automatic determination of batch characteristics.

In addition to the day to day support provided to the Modules above, below is the other process improvement efforts that have been delivered;



Continuous Process Improvement projects:
• TIMS (Tank Inventory Management System) replacement with SAP. This included the Incoming Receipts Process, Tank Dip/ Volume Calculation, Tank Volume Report, Physical Inventory Management for Fuels, and Fuels Inventory Adjustments.
• Materials Requirements Planning for Lubes Setup. Setup of Demand Planning of Lubes Products, Materials requirements planning for raw materials (Additives & Base Oil) and critical Packaging Materials. Production Planning and Detailed scheduling (Conversion of Planned orders to Process orders), Material Delivery Scheduling, Re-order point planning.

The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) is the state oil corporation for Nigeria. In addition to its exploration activities, the Corporation was given powers and operational interests in refining, petrochemicals and products transportation as well as marketing.

NNPC is commercialized into 12 strategic business units, covering the entire spectrum of oil industry operations: exploration and production, gas development, refining, distribution, petrochemicals, engineering, and commercial investments

As a Senior Consultant in the SAPCOE Unit, I am responsible for the Support of SAP Plant Maintenance, Production Planning and Materials Management modules for the entire NNPC group (including all the NNPC subsidiaries).

• Day to Day closing of support tickets (issues) raised on SOLMAN as it relates to SAP Plant Maintenance, Materials Management, and Production Planning Modules
• Re-implementation of SAP Plant Maintenance in phases across the Strategic Business Units (SBUs) of the group.
• Documentation of knowledge Aids and HOW-TOs across the modules and business processes that I am responsible for.
• Business Process Analysis (BPA) and Documentations with recommendations on process areas that require improvement.

GBFoods is a global foods manufacturing company with its head office in Spain, has business operations across Europe, Middle East and Africa employing about 2, 400 people and an annual turnover of about 720 million Euros. It is the name behind prestigious food brands Gallina Blanca, Star, Jumbo, Grand'Italia and Gino.

As a consultant in the Make-to-demand (MtD) Stream, my responsibilities are as follows:
• Localisation of the GBFoods Global template for the Nigerian business operations.
• User Acceptance Testing for the different PP and Quality Management Processes
• Facilitated Key User and End user Training.
• Change Management Workshops. New WoW (Way of Working).
• Provision of support for the Continuous Practice Plan developed for the Users in Readiness for Go-Live.
• Cutover activities for PP and QM modules.
• Go-Live and Post Go-live Business operations support.
• Some of the implemented QM processes include: Release from Quarantine, Long Term Inspection Processing, Inspection Lot origins 01- Goods receipt from Purchase Order, 04 - Production, 89 - Manual, Quality Notifications, Records recording and Usage Decision, Inspection Lot stock processing and Defects Recording (Automatic and Manual).

SAP MM CONSULTANT (Lead Role)
A World bank sponsored project which is part of a broader reform effort : Ondo State Public Sector Governance Reform and Development Project (PSGRDP). It is a Project designed for the development of Public Sector in participating States for achieving total conformity with global best practice in governance. Aimed at reforming and improving the public sector Finance, Human Resources, Procurement processes, improved & better transparency, and promoting good governance through technology.

Implemented Public Sector Procurement with the following Scenarios: Direct Purchase, Consumables Procurement, and Works and Capital Projects (This involves the procurement by the State government of Capital Projects, Works, and Contracts Monitoring and Evaluation across 73 Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).

Requirements Gathering Workshop, Preparation of Blueprint Document, Facilitated Project Team members training, Fit - Gap analysis, Unit testing, Functional and Integration Testing Workshop. Preparation of MM training manuals, FIT test scripts, Unit testing test scripts.

The Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company (CCHBC) is one of the largest bottling group of coca cola products with operations in 28 countries around the world. CCHBC Nigeria otherwise known as the Nigerian Bottling Company Ltd has 13 manufacturing plants with 43 production lines across Nigeria. I worked as a Business Process Expert, Manufacturing and Logistics responsible for the following:
Ensuring Continuous Efficiency & Productivity Improvement by monitoring change management agenda for production execution, quality management executed as per schedule. Ensure Project team knowledge transfer to functional team. Ensure training absorption for Nigeria W2 FTD team members. Work with Master Data/Functional teams for satisfactory completion of project templates as per agreed scope and meeting with timelines. Maintain relationship to ensure support of Group FTD/PTP and The Country SCH teams for the Nigerian WAVE2 project. Josepdam group are into sugar refining and importations, haulage business. I worked as a Production Planning and Control consultant. Implemented PP-PI make-to-stock scenario (process manufacturing). Business Requirements Analysis Designed the blueprint and business process documentations. Mapping of their existing manufacturing processes (sugar refining) to the system in line with the Best Practices Baseline. Development of user manuals and super user training. Development of User Acceptance Test Scripts and user acceptance testing. Integration testing with other modules. Work Centre master data upload
Developed and Configured external batch number range system. Other responsibilities included configuring Planning Object Structure, Planning Area, Planning Books/Data Views, Building new Report for S&OP Process.
