• Structural Design Project: I have worked on a residential project located in the mountains of Lebanon. The work is mainly designing the structure of a residential building in a mountainous area of north Lebanon at an altitude of 1800 m where snow and ice is a major concern to be taken into consideration. As a structural engineer, my main work is to handle the foundation design, columns, beams and slabs of course in coordination with the architect to have a better synchronized structure based on the client's requirements.

Structural Design Project, September 2017: I have worked on designing a part of
Ardate Mall. The challenges I have faced during this project is acquiring new skills such as dealing with clients and I have based my work on their requirements, as well as coordinating with the architect to have a better synchronized structure. In addition, I developed my structural design abilities using new software (ROBOT) and a new kind of slab design (ribbed slab).

Structural Design Project, September 2017: I have worked on designing a part of Ardate Mall. The

* Apave, Tripoli, Lebanon, Internship, June-August 2017;The main work was design checking according
to the codes used by the designer and on-site checking to make sure that the site work complies with the
drawings and the codes requirements of each project. During this internship, I acquired new skills such as
coordinating with other engineers like architects, civil engineers and project managers. In addition, I was able
to link the theory I learnt during my five years academic school and the projects in real life. Furthermore, I
became familiar with new software like Etabs and Robot. Fortunately, I had the chance to work on several
projects that introduced me to different types of slab (post-tension, ribbed, solid and precast) and structure
(residential, school, university, mall, factory…).
