Worked as Reservation Agent for Hilton Hotels mainly in California and Pacific Region of USA. Answering calls about queries (information of the hotel, room availability, location and other more). I also do cancellations and modifications of reservations, transfer calls to different department if guest is looking for other services that is not covered by my responsibility and promoting other hotels or resorts to guests. Mainly, reserve desired room of the guests.
Rendered work as an Fleet HR Assistant for almost 1 year, wherein I provide assistance to seafarers in completing required documents needed for them to qualified on board. Managing reports of every new hired seafarers before embarkation. Carry out recruitment process from paper screening to selecting of qualified applicant for final interview and other related services. But mostly, assisting seafarers for document completions. Others are, organizing training for new hires and submitting visa applications for future requirement.
