PROJECT: Counterparty Credit Management System - Implementation of a new Bespoke Credit Management System
-Facilitated meetings and workshops with the Business and Development teams.

-Led the GDPR Process Mapping Re-engineering for the entire Organization.
-Identified business processes and systems that related to personal data, in scope for GDPR, conducted GAP analysis to assess the AS-IS against the TO-BE required to be GDPR compliant.
-Translated compliance standards into business and data management requirements, in the form of use cases/ user stories /functional specifications and business change documentation.
-Produced detailed documentation of existing processes, policies and procedures using Microsoft Visio, and created a suite of documentation to meet the accountability and compliance requirements of GDPR.

PROJECT: Workday HCM Implementation - Replaced the old in-house legacy SAP system to improve, modernise and standardise its global HR operation across the business.
-Co-ordinated requirements gathering through workshops and interviews.
-Identified business needs, in terms of outcomes required by the business, quality measures needed, and system requirements, in line with stakeholder and user needs.
