As the Outlet Manager, I directly report to the Retail Operations Manager on a daily basis, ensuring that all carried out task are taken with 14 colleagues and 5 Retail Outlets. Other responsibilities are:
1.0 Support and assist the Retail Manager in all aspects in operations to maximize profit and deliver highest customer standard
2.0 Ensuring compliance on Policies and Procedures to help run the operations smoothly
3.0 Implement incentives scheme and awards to colleagues to motivate them to excel and deliver results that will affect revenue cost
4.0 Conduct regular morning briefings, monthly meetings to ensure that all the necessary information's are understood and delivered
5.0 Carry out task on Disciplinary and Coaching sessions if needed
6.0 Attend all scheduled training's and meetings and time keeping
7.0 Involve on Financial Management like daily and monthly inventory, per caps targets, cost and cash control
8.0 Prepare various reports to Senior Management Team including Inventory Variance Report, Weekly Merchandise, Slow and None Moving reports
