i started english teaching elementary and secondary schools from 2011 till 2021 in government and private schools
my resopnsibilities were
Organize classroom lectures and coursework.
Prepare materials and activities.
Assign homework and interesting exercises.
Identify students with special requirements and create individualized plans.
Determine exam and assignment grades.
Provide feedback based on workload and classroom behavior.
Assisting internal customers with their questions about any of our supported software and computing platforms in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage day-to-day operations, including troubleshooting of the computers, desktop applications, local area network and wide area network.
Performing database management activities such as file reconstructions, upgrades, system purges and restores.
Maintaining computer system files, catalogues, records and logs, and monitor inventory of computer equipment and supplies.
Managing IT equipment repairs with vendors.
Installation and provisioning of end user IT equipment.
To provide technical support within the helpdesk level on IT related issues encountered by the users of the company provided services enrolled under SLA.
Participation in providing training to customers as required.
To ensure that reported concerns are attended and resolved at soonest possible time. Otherwise, escalate and work with concerned system administrator/engineer to solve more advanced issues.
To be involved in the provisioning of projects that involve services offered by the company such as IT infrastructure deployment/expansion, providing of internet service, security solutions and other related services.
To gather data required for potential projects through site survey and research.
To complete tasks assigned by supervisor and/or system administrators.
