under ARABTEC Holding .UAE, Qatar, KSA, Senior Cost Control &Procurement Coordinator, Saved about 20%to
30% for many Budget (Project Cost) some tasks in brief:-
♦Checking financial terms in contract..
♦Reading & getting the Budget ready to be controlled, .getting clarification from Estimation & Engineering- .Dept. .
♦Controlling the material request, after checking the availability in store.
♦Controlling the purchase orders. Quotations, comparison sheets, Checking for more suppliers, from other markets.
♦Controlling the Manpower's Time Sheets .Camps, Field Breaks.Hired or company’s
mps, Field Breaks.
♦Controlling the Petty Cash.
Issuing, submitting letter of credits to Bank, controlling, approving the invoices and Payments.then following with
the Bank for closing the Letter of Credit
Controlling & monitoring the Hired and Owned Equipments transportations, fuel, spare parts. In some locations
there were more than 250 unit
Currently in Doha-Qatar
♦ Checking the invoices amount as per terms and conditions, actual delivery cost, and preparing payment certificate,
the same for manpower supply invoices
♦Checking the store report, and physical checking for the materials on monthly basis.
♦Preparing the client invoices with coordination with site progress team.
♦Reconciling with the accounts to update.
♦Preparing requested management reports
♦Replying and fulfilling the management inquiries .
♦ Coordinating, handling all departments with good experience in administration, Logistics, Procurement, camping-
…etc for fast and self decision if required without exceeding the limits of liability.

♦ Giving Feedbacks for other Concerned Deptartments And Managerment
