-الاشتراك في وضع وتنفيذ إستراتيجية قوات الدرك سنة 2008 وكمدير لإدارة الصيانة عملة مع فريق عمل محترف في تحقيق رؤيا جهاز قوات الدرك بوضع رسالة الدرك لتحقيق رؤيا الدرك من خلال الغايات ووضع الأهداف القصيرة والمتوسطة والطويلة المدى ولتسهيل عملية التنفيذ وضعت الخطط ولسياسات المطلوبة ضمن الموارد والإمكانيات المتوفرة والثقافة التنظيمية المشجعة
كان المجال الأوسع لتحقيق رؤيا قوات الدرك للعمل الذي قمت فيه بشكل رئيسي تأسيس إدارة الصيانة للدعم الفني اللوجستي في مجال الآليات وخاصة آليات العمليات والمصفحة والاداريه لتحقيق الكفائه المطلوبة والفعالة لوحدات الدرك وخاصة كما هو معروف من تحديات التي تمر فيها المنطقة والعالم والأردن على وجه الخصوص حيث تم تطوير وتعديل الآليات بإنشاء مشاغل ومستودعات متطورة بعد أن كان هناك تأهيل وتوظيف الكوادر المطلوبة لذلك وإنشاء مركز تدريب فني متطور ومدربين مؤهلين (حيث كان لنا الاعتزاز بعقد دورات فنيه لمجموعه من الفنيين لمختلف الرتب من الخويا)
