Landfill Operation:
• Develop SOP’s, studies, and technical guidelines relevant to the waste classification, waste acceptance, waste permitting, landfill operation, scope of work & tendering documents.
• Inspect the work within the landfill, landfill operation, filling plan, waste compaction, spreading, covering & safety precautions.
• Issuance of the Permits hazardous/nonhazardous waste for companies and transporters and review weighbridge scale and waste acceptance
• Environmental management monitoring for water and gas sample collection and waste covering daily, intermediate & final covering.

• Develop SOP’s, studies, and technical guidelines relevant to the waste management, waste transportation, collection, storage & disposal.
• Investigate & inspect the work on all services lines within municipal affairs scop of service (waste collection, litter picking, animal and pest control, city cleaning and maintenance and report the observation and recommendations for work enhancements.
• Fleet monitoring & maintenance, Atv’s, Dyana, Trucks, compactors & sweepers, road cleaning, and bins collection going through monitoring systems.
• Monitored MSW collection routes and ensured compliance to proper procedures and practices and variety of collection routes on a variety of schedules.
• Conduct regular site safety inspection. Identify all environmental and waste issues and implement report to management.
• Oversee and conduct environmental surveys, field investigations, monitoring programs, data collection, sample collection and testing.
• Handling NEOM zone 4 area, rising work orders/ noncompliance to the contractor within the contractor scope and evaluate the work.
• Ensured compliance to all waste management regulations and transportation of nonhazardous waste & hazardous materials.
• Inspected facilities and collected field data, analyzed data and prepared Environmental Impact Assessment, Environmental Risk Assessment and Air Quality Reports.
