Co-ordinate with the Mechanical Integrity Engineer, Planner, and the T&I Inspectors to Execute the Inspection Recommendation from the PM, RM and Shutdown jobs.
Managing a team to capture the Thickness Monitoring Data(Piping and Equipment) anaysis the TML drawing and the Thickness data in the APM(Asset Performance Management) and calculate to get the remaining life calculation.
Work closely with the Mechanical Integrity Engineer and the Corrosion Analyst and Playing a major role in developing the RBI(Risk based Inspection) loop creation calculation Failure mode Analysis and remaining life calculation so that the inspection frequency will be on condition based rather than time based.
Work closely with the operation to develop a procedure for the Loss elimination and Analysis that could adversely affect plant or business operations track the production losses and abnormally high maintenance cost assets, then find ways to reduce those losses or high costs.
Co ordinate with the Static, Rotary and Mechanical Piping Engineer to determine the Life cycle asset Management for the Pipeline static and Rotary Equipment.
Conduct Six sigma mythology for the improvement and effective utilization of the available resources so that to increase the production and reduce the expenses.

Work on the frequent Failure Modes and create a Plan for the Failure Mode Effective Analysis to
take actions to eliminate or reduce failures, starting with the highest-priority ones.

Analyze the Asset Utilization (AU), Asset Capability (AC), Asset Mechanical Reliability (AMR)
to get the KPIs and the unit performance tracker.

Calculate the Product supply Reliability (PSR) losses, Maintenance cost and the Reliability
Opportunities Action Plan.
